Change Manager

As a Change Manager at Changeific, you will play a pivotal role in driving and managing organizational change initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and adoption of changes that align with the company's strategic goals. We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable, and results-driven professional with a strong background in change management methodologies and a passion for guiding organizations through transformational journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures.

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring their commitment to and involvement in change initiatives.

 

  • Communication: Create clear and compelling communication materials to convey the vision, objectives, and impact of changes to employees and stakeholders.

 

  • Change Readiness: Assess the organization's readiness for change, identify potential challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the new environment.

  • Resistance Management: Proactively identify and address resistance to change, working with teams to overcome obstacles and achieve buy-in.

​

  • Metrics and Evaluation: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback, conducting post-implementation reviews, and refining change management processes.

​

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and leaders to ensure seamless integration of change management efforts into project plans.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

 

  • Proven experience in change management roles, including managing complex organizational change projects.

 

  • In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) and best practices.

 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Proficiency in project management software and change management tools.

​

  • Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) is a plus.

 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
